This must be the best resort in Kashmir in terms of location, services & the staff response. Siraj & Fayaz of restaurant are the brightest stars. Also Surjeet & Javaid of security are the guys welcoming the guests with smile & helping them.

Nice location with good garden and seating arrangments to lounge amongst the Pines and see the Lidder River below. Very helpful and attentive Staff. Arif and Shahid Maqbool went out of their way to make our stay memorable.

My family and I stayed at this property for a couple of nights and we were very happy with our experience. The hotel is right next to a river, overlooking forests and mountains with pine trees, affording it beautiful views and a calming ambiance. The staff were polite, and we appreciated the attention that they provided to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic hotel, especially for pet parents. I traveled here with my mother and pet cat, and they took care of all our special requirements. The location is wonderful, with a very nice view of the mountains and river. The staff is very warm and welcoming, especially Iqra, Shoaib and all of the housekeeping staff. They had some great Kashmiri food recommendations as well. Try the fried trout with walnut chutney.

We, a group of 6 in 3 rooms, had a fantastic and pampered stay at the ITC Welcomhotel in Pahalgam. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and clean. Horseback riding departed directly from the hotel. All the staff were top notch including the friendly doormen, the accommodating and attentive front desk staff, the soothing spa staff, and the outstanding restaurant wait staff. The breakfast and dinner menu was incredible and delicious, and reflected the local Kashmiri specialties.

The facilities and room interiors are amazing and absolutely spick and span.The rooms are upgraded with new tech and very functional setup.The bathroom accessories are good quality.The restaurant and food quality is amazing.The buffet spread is rich .The service staff is sweet, polite and very professional.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. Their personal touch in hospitality sets them apart from any other luxury properties that I have stayed at. The food was good. We enjoyed the Bonfire, and the kebabs served were out of this world! Again, the staff made sure that our experience was memorable!

Everything was just perfect… the most important thing was heater it was just perfect… we didn’t feel cold at all. Breakfast was superb.. I would love to go again
